THE BREATHE IS THE BRIDGE BETWEEN THE BODY & MIND. THROUGH CONSCIOUS CONTROLLED BREATHING AND A DEEP AWARENESS OF BREATH WE CAN DIRECTLY AFFECT & REGULATE OUR MOOD AND EMOTIONS THROUGH THE POWER OF BREATH.
IN THESE CLASSES WE WILL EXPLORE THE POWERFUL ROLE THAT THE BREATH HAS ON OUR ENTIRE SYSTEM. WE WILL LOOK AT HOW WE CAN USE THE BREATH TO LOWER STRESS LEVELS, INCREASE AWARENESS & IMPROVE ALL AREAS OF OUR LIFE.
THE BREATH CAN UNLOCK SO MUCH WITHIN US. WE HAVE TO BUILD UP A LOVING, TRUSTING, INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP SO THAT WE ARE ABLE TO NOTICE THE BREATH AND TO KNOW WHEN THE RIGHT TIME IS TO INTERACT. THESE CLASSES WILL GUIDE YOU INTO THIS DEEP RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR BREATH SO THAT YOU HAVE THE TOOLS AND THE POWER TO SUPPORT YOUR OWN WELLBEING.
