Bring the week to a contemplative close with meditation and ritual.
These classes will vary and we will be mixing it up each week with a different intention and focus depending on what the group is needing that day. classes may include pranayama, matnra, movement, yoga nidra, visualisation and stillness meditation.
the intention of these classes is to guide you into exploring new ways to deepen your connection with yourself, to expand your awareness and bring the peace that meditation offers into your daily life.
