MONDAy morning mantras
Mantras are short phrases and words that are packed with energy and intention. They are specifically designed to create certain sounds that resonate internally with our energy centres and to the energetic forces that surround us. We can use mantras to promote healing, bring insight, spiritual growth and creativity. Through using a mantra we have something to bring our awareness to, that moves us out of the noise in the mind and into the sensations within the body.
There are hundreds of mantras that can be used to support us within our lives. Mantras are most powerful when chanted every day (twice a day, or even more if you can). Chanting a mantra every day over the course of a whole month can have a profound impact on your life.
This class will be held on the last Monday of every month. Each month we will learn and work with a new mantra with the intention that you practice with this mantra until the follow months class.
